1. Order Cancellation

a. Orders can be cancelled by the customer within 4 hours of purchase before they are processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at contact@tossbazaar.com.

b. Once an order has been processed and shipped by our suppliers, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

a. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

  • The product ordered is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.

a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 1 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund for the damaged item.
